How do I enquire about a holiday home?

Once you have performed a search and found the property you wish to rent, just click contact owner.

Can you find me a place to stay?

No, NZStay is not a rental agency or property management company. All of our listings are on our website and allow you direct contact with the property owner.

I've contacted a holiday home owner and haven't received a response?

We recommend our holiday home owners contact you ASAP but sometimes during peak seasons this is not possible. If you have tried several times with no response, please contact us and we will try to contact them.

Property availability & bookings?

We do not know the availability of the properties, you must contact the property owner.

Listing a holiday home

How much does it cost to list a holiday home?

Sign up now for only $75 per year or our special two year membership price of only $125 per year.

How do I list my holiday home?

Go directly to advertise and fill out the form. You will receive an invoice and once payment has been confirmed your holiday home will be activated within 48 hours.

Can I update my listing?

Yes, you simply login and change details anytime you want.
