NZstay.com reserves the right to edit copy or amend the layouts or photographs supplied, should they consider it necessary.

NZstay.com reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend and edit information entered into the NZstay.com online database by advertisers.

NZstay.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning of the properties or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the customer.

2. Accuracy
NZstay.com cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part.

3. Photographic materials
NZstay.com will make every effort to safeguard all materials supplied, and return them if required, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, and for any loss or damage sustained.

Every effort will be made to reproduce faithfully all advertisements submitted, but NZstay.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise resulting from errors or omission.

4. Liability
NZstay.com does not warrant that the operation of the NZstay.com site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall NZstay.com be liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.

5. Copyright
NZstay.com shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the advertiser.

NZstay.com claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by advertisers.

It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to NZstay.com the rights therein contained. The advertiser indemnifies NZstay.com against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.

NZstay.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

6. Hypertext links
NZstay.com reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other web sites from advertiser's pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion.

7. Substitution of properties An advertisement relates to a specific property.
The property in an advertisement may not be substituted by another property. Only 1 property per listing.

8. Termination of advertising
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the nzstay.com internet site before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.

NZstay.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for NZstay.com web site, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the NZstay.com on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, NZstay.com reserves the right to immediately remove the property from the NZstay.com site. No refunds will be paid.

If NZstay.com receives substantiated complaints from a person who has rented an advertisers property, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices then NZstay.com reserves the right to immediately remove the property from the NZstay.com web site without notice or refund.

9. Payment
Payment for advertising is via a PayPal Invoice, emailed to you after online registration of your property with us.
